““Turn your wounds into wisdom.””

Beneath the skin where hidden bruises lie,
And silent sorrows echo through the night,
A tender voice says softly, “Try—
Transform your pain into a guiding light.”

The scars you bear are chapters in your book,
Each throb, a lesson given shape and name.
Lean close: within the ache, if you but look,
Is wisdom rising, gentle as a flame.

You stumbled—yes, and faltered on the way,
But strength is born from learning where you fell.
The wounds, remembered, teach you what to say
To hearts that tremble where you once knew hell.

Gather your fractures. Wear them not as shame,
But as a map, so others need not roam
So lost. Shimmer with purpose in your frame:
A lantern burning, beckoning them home.

So let your hurt be seed and not an end;
Let suffering become your wiser friend.
From broken earth, let bravest wisdom start,
And turn your wounds to lanterns of the heart.
